The concept of pre-designed gardens with guide prices attached is our unique and revolutionary idea for the landscaping industry. It's our mission to make gorgeous garden design accessible to everyone, and take the mystery out of what it actually costs to install high quality landscaping projects.

Calculating what a garden will cost to install without visiting the site first is always going to be a bit tricky. We are focussing on new-build houses, built within the last 10 years or so, because the gardens are usually fairly uniform in shape and access.

We will give you a firm price and full terms and conditions on exactly what you will receive in your build package after our initial free consultation.

During this first consultation we can also adjust the design, with possible changes such as moving the patio area to another part of the garden that gets more sunshine, for example.

We can also change materials, such as the paving, to your preference. Changing materials could affect the price, for example: porcelain is more expensive than sandstone paving. The options can be discussed at our first meeting.

When we calculate the guide price we assume the following:

1) The size of the garden is similar to our dimension guide, eg. Medium size is up to 100m2

2) There is access for our equipment, for example a garden gate. We use small excavators that can fit through a 85cm wide gap.

3) The garden is fairly level, small slopes are fine. There is always a solution to slopes and level changes, which of course we are more than happy to accommodate, but this would mean a price adjustment which we would discuss at our first consultation.

4) The garden is fairly empty, most new-build garden just have a small patio and lawn which has been installed by the developer.

5) The designs we show are representations of what your garden will look like, the packages do not include sheds, home offices, furniture, pots, ornaments etc. We can of course provide this, but at cost.

6) We assume the garden has a fence already installed, so we have not included fencing and gates in our price.
